Hoboken, N.J. - The Ithaca women's tennis team (4-0, 3-0 Empire 8) defeated Stevens Institute of Technology (8-2, 5-1 Empire 8) 7-2 Sunday at Stevens. The Bombers won two of the three doubles matches to start strongly and went on to win five of six singles matches.

Senior Sarah Hollis (Greens Farms Academy/Fairfield, Conn.) earned her 50th career singles win in the match. She ranks third all-time in singles wins at Ithaca.

The Bombers travel to St. John Fisher for an Empire 8 match on Tuesday.
