Potsdam, N.Y. – The Ithaca women's basketball team (3-3) saw its three-game winning streak snapped with a 68-66 loss at Potsdam (3-1) Sunday.
Junior guard Katherine Bixby (Germantown Academy/Philadelphia, Pa.) led Ithaca in scoring for the fifth time in six games, collecting 16 points. She added a pair of assists, raising her career total to 193 – 10th on the program's all-time list.
Junior guard Lindsay Brown (Immaculate/Danbury, Conn.) scored 12 points (including an eight-for-10 showing from the free-throw line) and senior forward Tracy Bradley (Lewiston/Brunswick, Maine) added 11. Sophomore forward Elissa Klie (Ramapo/Wyckoff, N.J.) collected 10 points.
The Bombers return to action Tuesday, taking on William Smith in their first home game of the season.
