2010-11 game-by-game statistics
2009-10: Klie earned second-team Empire 8 all-star honors after ranking among the conference leaders in blocked shots (second), steals (second), field-goal percentage (sixth), rebounding (seventh), free-throw percentage (11th), scoring (12th) and assists (13th). Her 83 steals were the program’s eighth-highest single-season total and raised her career total to 196, good for seventh all-time at Ithaca. Klie’s team-best 37 blocked shots give her 84 in her career, which ranks fifth. She scored a career-best 20 points in Ithaca’s win at William Smith and recorded double-doubles in wins over Potsdam and St. John Fisher. She collected 14 points, five steals and a career-high four blocks as Ithaca wrapped up the Empire 8’s first 16-0 record with a win at Stevens. She collected nine steals in the home win over RIT; that performance was part of a week when she averaged 14.5 points, 8.5 rebounds, 4.5 steals and 3.0 assists per game and was named Empire 8 Player of the Week.
2009-10 Game-by-Game Statistics
2008-09: Klie started all 29 games at the forward position during her sophomore season. She ranked among the conference leaders in numerous defensive categories: steals (second), blocks (fifth), rebounds (14th). Klie compiled 59 assists on the year which was among the top 15 best in the Empire 8. She also notched career-highs in steals (six), assists (six), rebounds (11) and points (14). Her 11 rebounds – 10 of which were on the defensive end – came against St. John Fisher in the Empire 8 Championship Tournament semifinal. Klie’s career-high 14 points occurred in a three-point overtime win over Elmira where she logged 40 minutes. Klie registered three or more steals on 17 occasions which gave her a season total of 82.
2008-09 Game-by-Game Statistics
2007-08: Klie played in 24 games, the most of any Bomber freshman. She ranked third on the team – and 14th in the Empire 8 – in blocked shots, collecting a season-best four in the win over Stevens. Klie added seven points in helping hand the Ducks their only conference loss of the season. She scored a career-high 10 points in Ithaca’s first win over St. John Fisher. She matched that total against Utica in the Empire 8 playoffs and added a season-best six rebounds.
2007-08 Game by Game Statistics
High School: A 2007 graduate of Ramapo High School, Klie was coached by Steve Silver. She was a three-time all-county pick and earned first-team all-league honors three times. Klie served as team captain as a junior and senior.
Personal: A television/radio major, she is the daughter of Bob and Ellane Klie. Her sister Rebecca graduated from Ithaca in 2003.
