Oswego, N.Y. -- The Bombers scored eight runs over the final five innings to erase host Oswego’s 2-1 lead. Senior outfielder Ben McBride (Ridgefield/Ridgefield, Conn.) hit a two-run home run and finished with three hits and three  RBI’s. Senior second baseman Marty O’Boyle (Verona/Verona, N.J.)  collected two hits and two RBI’s to extend his hitting streak to 14 games. Freshman third baseman Josh Smith (Pulaski/Pulaski) and sophomore outfielder Eric Maya (Rome Free Academy/Rome) added two hits apiece. senior Tom O’Connor (Weedsport/Weedsport) went the distance, allowing eight hits and one earned run while striking out eight. The win was the 20th of the career, making him the 12th Bomber to reach that total.
