Rochester, N.Y. -- The Bombers won their sixth straight, rallying to beat host Rochester, 4-2. Freshman third baseman Josh Smith (Pulaski/Pulaski) doubled in the tying run in the top of the sixth and then scored the winning run. Senior John Dowling (Whitesboro/Utica) pitched a scoreless ninth inning for his second save in as many days and the seventh of his career (fourth on the program’s all-time list).
