Seth Molisani (Canandaigua Academy/Canandaigua) intercepted a pair of fourth-quarter passes-one on the Ithaca two-yard line and one in his own end zone-as Ithaca held on to beat host Brockport 14-9 in the first round of the NCAA playoffs. The Bombers advance to the second round, where they will meet host Montclair State Saturday.
Molisani finished with seven tackles (including one for loss). His first interception came with 10:05 left on the Bomber two; he returned it 13 yards. His second interception, with 5:03 remaining came in the end zone; he returned it 34 yards. His second interception capped a defensive stand that saw Ithaca keep the Golden Eagles from scoring on a drive they began at the Bomber eight. Senior strong safety

Edgcomb led Ithaca with 14 tackles, including 10 solo stops. He intercepted one pass (at his own 28), broke up another (in the end zone on the game's final play) and caused a fumble by chasing down a Golden Eagle receiver and knocking the ball away from him from behind; the fumble went out of the Ithaca end zone, giving the Bombers possession to start their second touchdown drive.
