2012: Weil was named to the All-Empire 8 First Team as a senior captain. Additionally, she earned all-tournament team honors at the Empire 8 Championship Tournament, Bomber Invitational and New Paltz Hawk Invitational. Starting all 28 matches and playing 101 sets, Weil led the team in kills and blocks. Totaling 404 kills on the season, she amassed 20 or more on five occasions good for 4.00 kills per set. 2011: Named to the All-Tournament Team at the Bomber Invitational and the Kean Cougar Classic, Weil played in each of the Bombers’ 36 matches. She recorded 244 kills, 105 digs, 38 block assists, 10 block solos, 19 assists and a pair of aces in her first year with the Bombers. Career statistics

2009-10: Weil played two years at Corning Community College under head coach Jen Gillespie. A middle hitter, Weil earned first team all-conference and all-region recognition both seasons. She was also named Southern Tier/Western New York conference player of the year.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Corning West High School, Weil was a three-year letter winner for head coach Irene Furness. She served as captain during her junior and senior seasons.

Personal: A clinical exercise science major, she is the daughter of Eben Weil and Mary Lee Doering.
