High School: Graduated from Hauppauge High School in 2026...Was a three-sport athlete, playing for years of varsity volleyball, basketball and track...With volleyball as her main sport, she served as captain her junior and senior seasons, collecting a long list of accolades: three-time All-League, four-time Section XI Scholar Athlete, two-time Newsday's Top 50 &100 on Long Island, 2025 All-Conference, 2025 Hauppauge Offensive MVP, 2026 All-County, 2026 All-State, 2026 Hauppauge MVP, 2026 Suffolk County Maura Stouter Award, 2026 Happauge's Mackenzie Borchers' Award Scholarship...Her team was the 2024 League and County Champions, while being the Long Island finalists...In 2026 they were the Co-League Champions and County finalists. 

Personal: Majoring in Biology with a pre-veterinary track in mind, Katelyn is the daughter of Donna and Peter...She has two brothers, Michael and Matthew...Her brother Michael is involved with the Detroit Tigers organization.
