2013-14: Gowdy saw action in 19 of the Bombers’ 31 games during her sophomore season. She averaged 1.7 points and 1.6 rebounds while playing 6.7 minutes per game. Gowdy posted totals of 33 points, 31 rebounds, four steals, three assists and two blocks during 2013-14. 2012-13: Gowdy saw action in 13 games during her freshman campaign. She averaged 1.2 points and 1.4 rebounds per contest in 3.8 minutes of play per game. With a .462 field goal percentage, Gowdy twice scored a season-high five points. On three occasions she grabbed four boards. High School: A 2012 graduate of Dos Pueblos High School, Gowdy was a three-year letter winner for the Chargers. She earned all-league honors three times and served as a captain her senior season. Gowdy was named MVP of the Lompoe Tournament, earned all-county “starting five” recognition and was awarded the coaches award on three occasions.

Personal: A journalism major, she is the daughter of Steve and Laura Gowdy.
