2008-09 Game-by-Game Statistics
2007-08: Burke played in 21 games, drawing 10 starts. She scored a career-best 14 points against Carroll in her first start of the season, adding three steals. Her top rebounding effort – nine – came in just 16 minutes in the win at RIT. In her next game, Burke blocked a career-best four shots at Elmira.
2006-07: Burke made five starts while playing in 24 games as a rookie. She earned all-tournament honors at the season-opening Skidmore Invitational after scoring eight points against the host Thoroughbreds in the title game. Burke recorded four straight 10-point performances (each against a 2006 NCAA playoff team), then pulled down a career-high 10 rebounds against St. Lawrence in her next game. She matched her top scoring effort with 11 points in an Empire 8 win over Elmira. She was the team’s second-leading shot blocker and collected a season-best three against Buffalo State and Elmira.
Career Statistics
High School: A 2006 graduate of Bridgewater-Raritan High School, Burke was coached by Jeff Coates. She was a three-time all-county pick, earning third-team honors as a senior and receiving honorable mention as a freshman and sophomore. Burke was named her team’s MVP twice.
Personal: A clinical science/physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Brian and Nancy Burke.
