Biography
2011-12: Young saw action in 24 of the Bombers’ 28 games as a junior. He recorded 65 points during the season, including a 12-point performance in the Empire 8 Championship game on Feb. 25. Young added 40 rebounds, seven assists, seven steals and three blocks in 9.8 minutes of play per contest. He was named to the Empire 8 Presidents' List for Fall 2011 and Spring 2012. |

He also added six steals, five assists and one block over the course of the year. Young recorded a career-high nine points in the season opener at Hobart and added a career-best three rebounds four times. |

High School: A 2009 graduate of Greely High School, Young earned three varsity letters in basketball. He was a two-time captain and as a senior was named to the Maine McDonald’s All-Star Team as well as the all-conference team. Young also lettered in football and track & field.
Personal: A physical therapy major, he is the son of Rick and Cindy Young.
