2024-25: Opened the season with a seven point, four rebound, five assist game in a close win over Rowan (11/9)... Tallied seven points and five rebounds in 23 minutes against Babson (11/10)... Recorded a double-double with 16 points and 13 rebounds against SUNY Cortland (11/13)... Notched eight rebounds and three blocks in a win at Utica (11/20)... Had nine points and ten rebounds at Rochester (12/3)... Scored seven points with nine rebounds in 24 minutes against Vassar (12/6)... Had nine points in 21 minutes against Bard (12/7)... Tallied six points and three rebounds against Hamilton (12/10)... Had five points and five rebounds against Carnegie Mellon (1/4)... Notched six points and six rebounds in a win at Union (1/10)... Had nine points and seven rebounds in 30 minutes against Hobart (1/11)... Had nine points and six rebounds at RIT (1/14)... Tallied three rebounds, a block, and a steal against Clarkson (1/17)... Scored six points with seven rebounds and two blocks in a win over St. Lawrence (1/18)... Had seven points and 13 rebounds at RPI (1/24)... Recorded 12 points, seven rebounds, and two blocks in the big win at Clarkson (2/15)... In 16 minutes of play he scored five points, six rebounds, and two steals in the 79-58 win over Bard (2/21)... In 26 minutes he scored six points, and 11 rebounds in the 79-76 win over Vassar (2/22)... In 24 minutes of play he scored seven points, nine rebounds, two assists, and one steal in the 62-42 win over St. Lawrence (2/28)... Had five points, two rebounds, one block, and one steal against RPI (3/2)... In 21 minutes he had six points, three steals, and two rebounds in the 80-69 win over Stockton (3/7)... Notched 12 points, four rebounds, and two steals against WPI (3/8).

High School: Chris attended the Aquinas Institute and played basketball for three years. He was a captain during his senior year and was named First Team All-Greater Rochester, as well as Class AAA Eighth-Team All-American. 

Personal: Currently in the humanities and sciences exploratory program, he is the son of Gail and Kevin Leysath. Chris has a brother who attends NYU.
