2016: Saw action in eight games for the Bombers in the 2016 campaign…Recorded a season-high seven tackles in the first game of the season…Recovered a fumble in the Union game as well…Tied that season-high one week later against Hobart on Sept. 17, logging seven tackles, four of which were solo…Also registered a pass breakup against Hobart…Recorded four tackles against Alfred, one for a loss of a yard…Logged a pass breakup against Alfred as well… Registered five tackles with a pass breakup against Utica on Oct. 1…Coming back from an injury, Kauf recorded a solo tackle against Morrisville on Oct. 22…Also picked up a quarterback hurry in the game and registered a pass breakup…Notched one tackle against St. John Fisher on Oct. 29…Recorded four tackles, including two solo tackles against Buff State on Nov. 5…Notched six tackles against Cortland on Nov. 12.

2015: Kauf saw action in nine of the Bombers’ games this season…Season highlight came against Utica on Oct. 3, where he picked up his first career interception on a circus-like play and ran the ball back for a 17-yard gain…The interception was picked up by multiple news sources, including ranking number 4 on SportsCenter’s Top 10 Plays…Registered a tackle for a loss of four yards against Hobart on Sept. 19…Collected a season-high eight tackles against St. John Fisher on Oct. 31…Finished the season with 37 total tackles, 20 of which were solo, two pass breakups and one interception.
