Matos caught 2 passes for 11 yards against Buffalo St (10/26)... Matos caught 3 passes for 16 yards against Union (11/02)... 2023: Played in nine games and caught eight passes for 71 yards and a touchdown...Matos appeared in his first varsity game against Alfred. He collected 11 yards and a touchdown on three receptions... High School: Nicholas attended St. Anthony's and earned three varsity letters on the football team and competed on the wrestling team. He was a member of the 2022 state championships football team and won the 2023 CHSAA wrestling state championship.

Personal: An exercise science major, he is the son of Francisco and Mariane Matos. He has three younger siblings.
