Warren Trahan brings more than 35 years of coaching experience to the Ithaca College staff for the 2018 season, and will oversee the defensive line. Trahan served as a head coach from 1981 to 2012 at Cypress-Fairbanks High School, Bay City High School and Dickinson High School in Texas, and accumulated an overall record of 200-136-4.
In 2009, he was inducted into the Greater Houston Football Coaches Association Hall of Fame, and is just one of 69 coach in Texas to win more than 200 games at the high school level.
Trahan graduated from Texas A&M in 1976 with a degree health & physical education. He was a four-year member of the Aggies football program and was named All-Southwest Conference First-Team in 1973 and 1974.
In 1975, Trahan signed a free agent contract with the Dallas Cowboys Football Club.
