Coughlin completed his first season as the wide receiver coach in 2015 after serving as co-offensive coordinator for one season at Bridgeton Academy. While at Bridgeton, he handled a number of responsibilities including scouting, managing positional meetings, film study, recruiting, advising and strength training. Coughlin also served as a strength and conditioning coach at Flahive’s Advanced Strength Training, and as an instructor at the QB1 Quarterback Camp.
In the 2015 season, Couglin’s wide receiver senior Josh Oliver broke the single-game record with 17 receptions against Morrisville on October 24th.
Coughlin’s playing experience includes stops at Northern Illinois (2009-10), Pasadena City College (2010-11) and Wisconsin-Whitewater (2011-14). He earned a degree in physical education, health, human performance recreation and coaching from Wisconsin-Whitewater in 2014. Coughlin was a member of Whitewater’s national championship teams in 2011 and 2013.
