Jeb Boudreaux joins the Ithaca staff and will coach the defensive line for the 2018 season. Boudreaux, a 2017 graduate of Stetson University with a degree in sport business, was a two-time All-Conference linebacker for the Hatters and led the Pioneer League in tackles for two years in a row.
In his first season working with the defensive line, Boudreaux oversaw one of the stingiest defenses in DIII. Ithaca ranked eighth nationally in rushing yards allowed (65.8) and 16th in scoring (12.4). The entire starting defensive line was named All-Liberty League.

Totaling 257 tackles in four years for the Hatters, Boudreaux started 21 games at linebacker and was named team captain for the 2017 season. He also saw action at safety and on special teams.

Prior to his arrival at Ithaca, Boudreaux logged over 140 ours as an intern at the NCAA compliance office while assisting Stetson University and the MB Nike Sports Camp, coaching linebackers and wide receivers. He also completed internships at the Dollar General Bowl and Dayton International Speedway.
