Biography

2016: Saw action in four games for the Bombers in the 2016 campaign…Hauled in a 14-yard touchdown pass for his reception of the year against St. John Fisher on Oct. 29…Finished the day with 38 yards on three receptions…Recorded two receptions good for 23 yards against Buff State on Nov. 5…Reeled in one reception for four yards against Cortland on Nov. 12.

2015: Balsamo saw action in the Bombers’ first four games of the season, before sustaining a season-ending injury…Season highlight came in the first game of the season against Union, where he had five catches for 65 yards and a touchdown…Finished the season with 17 catches and 199 yards. 

High School: A 2013 graduate of Sachem High School, Balsamo was coached by Mark Wojciechowski. He earned the Scholar Athlete award and was a team captain.

Personal: A health sciences major, he is the son of Paul and Eileen Balsamo.
