2017: Appeared in all 11 games for the Bombers during his senior campaign...Had five tackles against Alfred on Sept. 2... 2015: Helmkamp saw action in seven games for the Bombers this season…Averaged 15.2 receptions per catch and 8.7 yards on kickoff returns…Season highlight came against Buffalo State on Nov. 7, where he had two receptions totaling 30 yards…Had a season-long reception of 22 yards in the Buffalo State game…Recorded a season-high 20 kickoff return yards against Morrisville State on Oct. 24…Finished the season with 26 kickoff return yards and 61 receiving yards.

High School: Helmkamp graduated from Simsbury High School where he earned three varsity letters under head coach Jeff Osborne. He was a two-time All-State selection and earned All-Conference honors three times. Helmkamp set the school tackle record at Simsbury High School. He also earned four varsity letters in wrestling. 

Personal: Bradley, son of John and Wendy Helmkamp, is a sport media major.
