High School: Milliken was a two-sport athlete in high school, playing varsity field hockey and lacrosse...As a field hockey player, she featured in the back at both Old Mill and Scripps Ranch, where she graduated from in 2017...She helped Old Mill to the Regional Finals and County Runners-Up in 2013, while a year later the program went on to win the Regional Championships and finish as State Runner-Ups...In her first season at Scripps Ranch, she was the recipient of the Pride Award, helping the team to CIF Open Division Finals...While with the lacrosse team at Scripps Ranch, she was the recipient of the PACE Award, helping the team to a CIF Division I Championship in 2016 and a CIF Open Division Finalist appearance in 2017.
