Biography

2006:  Dorn made one appearance before missing the season’s final 37 games with an injury. He was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List following the spring 2006 and fall 2006 semesters.

2005: In a team-high 14 relief appearances Dorn had 11 strikeouts. In his first appearance he pitched three scoreless innings at Occidental, striking out two for the victory. Dorn also earned wins against New Paltz and St. Lawrence. He pitched a scoreless inning against Skidmore in the NCAA playoffs. He allowed just 9.1 percent of his inherited runners to score.
 
2004: Dorn appeared in nine games out of the Bomber bullpen, including the first two NCAA playoff games. He closed out the season by allowing only one earned run in his last 6.1 innings pitched, covering four relief appearances including two games during the NCAA playoffs.

High School: A 2003 graduate of Ithaca High School, Dorn was coached by Bob Gneo (a 1985 Ithaca graduate) and Gary Shippas.

Personal: A clinical exercise science major, he is the son of Kevin and Tina Dorn.
