Justin Forster was added as an assistant coach for the Ithaca College Baseball program prior to the start of the 2020 season. Forster also serves as the head coach for the JV program.

A 2019 graduate of Wells College, Forster graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice. Previously he attended Jamestown Community College from 2014 to 2016.

Prior to Ithaca, Forster served as an assistant coach at Wells in Aurora, N.Y. for the 2019 season. There he was responsible for daily work with outfielders, managing all statistical tracking throughout the off-season, and acted as a recruiting assistant.

Forster played two years of varsity baseball for the Express and another two years with Jamestown. Over those four years, Forster amassed a .303 career batting average and surpassed 100 hits.

During the summer, Forester acts an assistant coach of the Cayuga Lakers 17 U team in Ithaca.
