2011: Ingrao made his first appearance on the all-conference team, earning honorable mention to the Empire 8 all-star team after starting a career-best eight games. He was named Ithaca’s Most Improved Back at the Bombers’ postseason banquet after tying for the team lead in catches (48) and touchdown receptions (three) while averaging a team-best 13.3 yards per catch. He was named Ithaca's Outstanding Back after the St. John Fisher and Springfield games and was selected the Bombers’ Honorary Offensive Captain after the come-from-behind win over Frostburg State. Ingrao caught a career-best eight passes in that victory, gaining 76 yards. He recorded three straight 90-receiving-yard performances, picking up 95, 91 and 98 yards against St. John Fisher, Springfield and Utica. Ingrao caught touchdown passes against Union, Springfield and Alfred.  In 25 career games, Ingrao’s caught 65 passes for 921 and four scores. He ranks 24th on the program's career receptions list and is 79 yards away from becoming the 21st Bomber to reach 1,000. | 2011 game-by-game statistics

2010: Ingrao played in every game, making four starts. He averaged 18.0 yards per reception (second on the team) and his 13 catches ranked third among Ithaca’s wideouts. Ingrao made his first career start in the season-opening win over St. Lawrence and collected career-best totals of six catches and 108 receiving yards. He was named Ithaca’s Honorary Offensive Captain for his performance. He caught a pair of passes at Lycoming and collected two receptions at Alfred. | 2010 game-by-game statistics

2009: Ingrao played in five games as a freshman wideout. His first career reception came in the win at Hartwick and his first collegiate touchdown catch put the Bombers up 24-3 in their win over #25 Alfred. Ingrao caught a pair of passes in that win and set up an Ithaca score a week later with a 12-yard reception in the Cortaca Jug victory. | 2009 game-by-game statistics

High School: A 2009 graduate of St. Anthony’s High School, Ingrao was coached by Rich Reichert.

Personal: A sport management major, he is the son of Timothy Ingrao and Mary Ellen Ingrao.
