2012 Game-by-game statistics

2011: Preite played in 16 games, starting six times. He batted .333 in his starting assignments, collecting a pair doubles and driving in four runs in those contests. Preite singled and doubled, driving in a pair of runs at Redlands and added a pair of hits in a victory at Cal Lutheran. He didn’t make an error all season.

2010: Preite played in 16 games, making three starts. He reached base three times at Division I Cornell, collecting two hits and two runs batted in. Preite singled and double at Mary Washington for his first career multi-hit game.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Hopkinton High School, Preite was coached by Mark Stickney and earned three varsity letters. He served as team captain and was a Metro West All-Star.

Personal: A finance/accounting major, he is the son of Mike and Jonica Preite.
