2012 game-by-game statistics

2011: Barresi earned first-team honors on the Empire 8, ECAC and ABCA New York Region all-star teams after leading the Bombers in batting average (.425) runs batted in (29) and stolen bases (eight). He also second on the team in on-base percentage, slugging percentage and extra-base hits and third in runs and walks. Barresi recorded 15 multi-hit games and had five games with at least two runs batted in. He was named the season’s first Empire 8 Player of the Week after batting .636 with eight runs batted in and three extra-base hits in Ithaca’s season-opening three-game series. That performance included driving in a season-best four runs in the win over #27 Plattsburgh. He posted four three-hit games and closed the season going nine-for-16 with five runs batted in over the Bombers’ last two series.

2011 game-by-game statistics

2009-10: Barresi played at St. John Fisher, earning all-conference honors twice. He was the Empire 8 Rookie of the Year and a first-team all-region selection as a freshman. Barresi was named to the all-tournament team at the 2010 NCAA New York Regional.

High School: A 2008 graduate of Lansing High School, Barresi was coached by Ed Redmond. He was a four-time first-team all-conference selection and two-time all-state pick. Barresi was also an all-state basketball player and a two-year letter winner in football.

Personal: An environmental studies major, he is the son of T.J. and Penne Barresi.
