Career statistics

2011: At the team’s postseason banquet, Harper was given the Bradshaw Family Football Award after handling Ithaca’s kickoff duties for the fourth consecutive year. He averaged 53.1 yards per kick on 42 kickoffs and finished with a career average of 54.8 yards per kick on 180 kickoffs. Harper also served as Ithaca's place kicker for one game, converting his first career point after touchdown in the season-opening win over Brockport. 2010: Harper handled Ithaca’s kickoff duties and 58.7 yards per kick with three touchbacks. He averaged over 60 yards per kickoff in three games, posting marks of 61.0 at Alfred, 62.0 at Widener and a career-best 64.7 at #20 Cortland. Harper made five tackles, including a pair of stops in the win over Springfield. Harper was named Ithaca’s Outstanding Specialist following the Widener victory. | 2010 game-by-game statistics

2009: Harper kicked off for the Bombers in three games, averaging 53.5 yards per kick. He was also Ithaca’s back-up kicker on field goal and extra-point attempts and tried one field goal. | 2009 game-by-game statistics

2008: Harper lettered after handling Ithaca’s kickoff duties. He averaged 53.6 yards per kick with a top effort of 59.0 (on seven kickoffs) in Ithaca’s win at Norwich. He was named Ithaca’s Outstanding Specialist after the St. John Fisher game. High School: A 2008 graduate of Elmira Southside School, Harper was coached by Brian Moore. He was named to the Section IV all-star team and lettered four times.

Personal: A clinical science/physical therapy major, he is the son of Brendan and Carol Harper.
