Biography

High School:

A 2008 graduate of West Chester East High School, Palmer was coached by Jon Heisman. A three-time league pick, he served as team captain as a senior.

Personal: A health and physical education major, he is the son of Bill and Ruth Palmer. His brother, Dave, is a freshman at Ithaca.
