2009: Neuman appeared in all 16 games for Ithaca and made eight starts in the midfield. He finished the year with eight goals and five assists for 13 points. Neuman had 56 ground balls, which ranked second on the team and first among midfielders, and scooped up a career-high 11 ground balls against Elmira. He was one of Ithaca's top face-off men, winning 88 of 136 draws at the X, a .647 percentage. Neuman had a goal and two assists for a career-high three points in Ithaca's win at Maritime.
2009 Game-by-Game Stats
2008: Neuman played in 18 games and was Ithaca’s second-leading face-off specialist. He recorded a career-high 11 wins in the NCAA playoff win over Williams and went nine of 12 in the one-goal win over Nazareth. He also picked up six ground balls in that game. Neumann recorded a career-best seven ground balls in the win over Stevens. He scored a pair of goals in the victory over Drew.
2007: Neuman appeared in 12 games for the Bombers, recording three goals and going 13-for-30 in the faceoff circle. He had a season-high two ground balls against Cortland and tallied four faceoff wins in a win against Alfred.
Career Stats
High School: A 2006 graduate of West High School, Neuman was coached by Tom Darcy. He earned three varsity letters as a member of the lacrosse team and served as team captain his senior year. Neuman earned all-conference honors his junior and senior years. He earned additional varsity letters as a member of the football team.
Personal: A physics (teacher education) major, he is the son of Mike Neuman and Lavonne Berkvam.
