Biography

2011: Previte played in each of the Bombers’ 36 matches as a senior recording a team-best 54 aces. She added 78 digs, 57 kills, 38 assists, 35 block assists and a trio of block solos. Previte had season-best performances of eight kills, seven aces and five block assists. She was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List for Fall 2011.

2010: Previte played in 35 matches as a junior. She recorded 84 kills, including a season-best eight at Geneseo, 60 blocks, 37 digs, 34 assists and four service aces during the year. Previte was named to the spring 2011 Empire 8 President’s List.

2009: Seeing action in 35 of the Bombers matches, Previte recorded 106 kills during her sophomore campaign. She recorded career-highs of 75 digs, 61 blocks, 42 aces, and 39 assists. A pair of matches against Cortland were highlighted by Previte’s five and six aces.

2008: Previte played in 27 matches and 73 sets as a freshman. She recorded 74 kills, as well as 35 blocks, 24 digs and six service aces. Previte set career-highs with eight kills and five blocks in a win over Brockport at the Nazareth Invitational. In the same tournament she hit .462 with six kills and two blocks against RIT.

Career statistics

High School: A 2008 graduate of Hunterdon Central Regional High School, Previte was coached by Amanda Rodriguez. She earned three varsity letters in volleyball, and was a member of the 2006 and 2007 New Jersey State Champion teams. Previte also lettered in golf three times.

Personal: A physical therapy major, she is the daughter of Anthony and Janet Previte.
