2009-10 Game-by-Game Statistics

 

2008-09: Bixby earned first-team Empire 8 all-star accolades for the second consecutive season after ranking among the conference leaders in assists (fourth), three-point field-goal percentage (seventh), minutes played (eighth), scoring (ninth), and free-throw percentage (ninth). She earned Empire 8 Player of the Week honors on two occasions and was named second-team D3Hoops.com East Region all-star. Bixby collected a career-high nine rebounds in the win over William Smith and posted a personal-best 25 point effort in the win over Cortland. Bixby’s team-best total of 100 assists raised her career total to 275, which ranks fourth on the program’s all-time list. She also ranks among the program’s all-time leaders in free-throw percentage (fourth), three-point field-goals (sixth), and scoring (eleventh). Bixby was named MVP of the Oswego Tip-Off Tournament following her contributions of 37 points and 10 assists in the team’s two victories.

2007-08: Bixby earned first-team Empire 8 all-star honors after ranking among the conference leaders in assists (third), free-throw-percentage (fourth), three-point field-goal percentage (fourth), assist/turnover ratio (fourth), scoring (fifth), and steals (sixth). She earned Empire 8 Player of the Week honors three times. Her team-best figures of 111 assists, 51 three-point baskets and 80.9 free-throw percentage rank fourth, fifth and sixth, respectively, on Ithaca’s single-season lists. Bixby collected a career-best 10 assists in the win over Elmira and posted five 20-point scoring efforts with a personal-best 23 at Alfred. She went nine-for-nine from the line in that win and added an 11-for-12 performance in the win at Hartwick. She pulled down a career-best seven rebounds in the home win over Utica and matched that total in a victory over RIT.

2006-07: Bixby was one of the conference’s top freshmen and was one of only two players to earn Empire 8 Rookie of the Week honors twice. Her 8.5 ppg, 64 assists 34 steals and 17 starts all led Ithaca’s newcomers. She scored a career-best 15 points against Oswego, then topped that with 21 points against William Smith to earn her first Rookie of the Week award. She also was honored after averaging 18 points and 4.0 assists per game and shooting 66.7 percent from the floor in the Empire 8 Championship Tournament. She led Ithaca with a career-best seven assists in the title win over Elmira. Bixby recorded a season-high four steals against Gwynedd-Mercy in the NCAA playoffs

Career Statistics

High School: A 2006 graduate of Germantown Friends, Bixby was coached by Tom Myran. A two-time team captain and team MVP, she was a four-time all-league selection and was named to Philadelphia’s all-city team. She also lettered four times in soccer and lacrosse.

Personal: A biology education major, she is the daughter of Bill and Sandy Bixby.
