Biography

2003-04: Poole played in all but one game and made nine starts. She scored a season-high eight points in wins over Utica and Oneonta and pulled down a career-high nine rebounds in the home victory over RIT. Poole posted seven-rebound efforts to help beat Utica and Elmira. She was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List following the spring semester.

2002-03: Poole was the only Bomber reserve to play in every game. She averaged 4.1 points and 3.1 rebounds per game, ranking second among Ithaca reserves in both categories. She collected 13 points and team-best figures of six assists and six rebounds in a win over Hartwick, posting career-highs with all three totals. Poole was also the Bombers’ top rebounder in a win over Elmira, and she topped her career best with seven rebounds in the NCAA playoff win over Brockport. She scored nine points in wins at William Smith and Potsdam.

2001-02: Poole played in all but one game as a freshman. She collected 11 points and four rebounds against Framingham State in her first college game. That game featured a seven-for-seven performance from the free-throw line. She recorded a season-best six assists against Alfred and added five more assists in the NYSWCAA championship game win over Mount St. Mary.

High School: Poole was a coached by Pat Reader at Whitesboro Central School. .

Personal: A health and physical education major, she is the daughter of Thomas and Karen Poole. She was a member of Ithaca’s 2002 national-champion softball team.
