Biography
2003-04: Ivansheck started the first five games before suffering a season-ending injury in the St. Lawrence win. She recorded back-to-back 10-point efforts in wins over John Carroll and William Smith and converted 12 of her 13 free-throw attempts. Ivansheck was named to the Empire 8 Presidents’ List following the fall semester. 2002-03: Ivansheck appeared in all but one game, starting 26 times. Her totals of 79 assists and 70 steals both ranked seventh in the Empire 8. She recorded career-high totals of 14 points and seven rebounds at RIT in the final game of the regular season. Ivansheck led Ithaca with 13 points against Manhattanville, helping her earn a spot on the all-tournament team at the Empire 8/Skyline Challenge. She led Ithaca with seven assists (a Bomber playoff record) in the NCAA playoff win over Brockport and totaled a career-high eight assists against Geneseo. She posted three six-steal performances.
2001-02: Ivansheck received honorable mention honors on the Empire 8 all-star team. She ranked among the conference leaders in steals (second, averaging 2.52 per game) and assists (third, averaging 3.48 per game). Her assist/turnover ratio of 1.47 was the Empire 8’s best. Ivansheck’s season total of 91 assists was the program’s eighth-best single-season mark. She had season-best totals of 11 points and five rebounds against Cortland. She scored 11 points and added seven assists in the NCAA playoffs against Ohio Wesleyan. Ivansheck collected a career-best eight assists against Elmira.
2000-01: Ivansheck made two starts as a freshman and appeared in 19 games. She scored nine points against Wellesley in her first career start. She scored a season-best 12 points in a conference win over Hartwick. Ivansheck missed nine games with an injury, then collected nine points, four rebounds and three assists against St. John Fisher in her second game back.
High School: Ivansheck played basketball for coach William Scarlata at Norwich Free Academy, helping Norwich win state titles her junior and senior years.
Personal: The daughter of Patricia Ivansheck, she is pursuing a master’s degree in business administration after graduating in May with a degree in sport management major and a minor in coaching.
