High School: Perez-Ronchetta is a 2016 graduate of Florida Christian in Olympia Heights, Florida. He was a four-year starter for the Patriots under Dan Pruessnuer and Jason Doan. A co-captain his junior and senior year, Perez-Ronchetta was named the team’s Most Valuable Player both years.

Personal: An Exercise Science major, Gabriel is the son of Jose and Juana Perez.
