2016 game-by-game statistics

2016: Appeared on the mound in five games … On Feb. 27th against Susquehanna, made first collegiate appearance, throwing for 1.1 innings allowing four hits and one earned run while striking out two … On March 16th at Whittier, threw for 2.2 innings allowing only one hit, no earned runs, and giving up one walk … Came in for two innings of relief allowing only one hit at St. John Fisher on April 30th.

High School: A 2015 graduate of Oswego High School, Carney was coached by John Finch. He received all-league honors during his sophomore, junior, and senior seasons. He also played volleyball for the Buccaneers.

Personal: A sociology major, he is the son of Bill and Lisa Carney.
