Liam Alberti of the Ithaca College men's lacrosse team recently garnered Honorable Mention All-America honors from the USA Lacrosse Magazine for the 2026 season.
Forty-three Division III programs were represented and 119 players earned recognition this year based on input from coaches and conferences across the country. Each of the four Ithaca honorees received the distinction for the first time in their careers.
An All-Liberty League First Team selection,
Jace Dockx served as a lockdown defender all season for the Bombers, frequently drawing the opponent's top attacker. He led the team with 24 caused turnovers and added 37 ground balls. The senior closes his career on the South Hill with 68 appearances, including 52 starts, totaling 55 caused turnovers and 114 ground balls.
Liam Alberti went 235-of-349 (.673) at the faceoff X this season and recorded both a team-high and program-record 143 ground balls, which topped the previous best of 136 set by Brian Burghduff in 1998. The sophomore also posted a career-high 17 ground balls and won 21 faceoffs in the Bombers' 14-11 loss to Hope College in the second round of the NCAA Championship.

Will Kleine and
Tim Rogers powered Ithaca's offensive attack this season. Rogers finished third in the Liberty League with an average of 2.56 goals per game and led the team with 41 total goals, which set a new career-high. He recorded six games with a hat trick or better this season and also added 12 assists.
Kleine scored 32 goals while starting 17 games this season and added a pair of game-winning goals. He tied for the second-most points (49) as he dished out 17 assists. The junior led the squad with 72 shots on goal and also contributed 16 ground balls.
The Bombers finished the 2026 campaign 11-7 overall, the most wins since 2018 and claimed their first regular season Liberty League title in program history.
