RESULTS
CANTON, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's track & field team totaled 29 points on the opening day of the Liberty League Outdoor Championship hosted by St. Lawrence University and sits in fourth place overall.
The Bombers picked up 14 points in the javelin as
Parker Delgado took third with a mark of 51.13 meters and
Daniel Musilli followed in fourth at 48.29 meters.
Tyler Duffin was sixth with a heave of 46.61 meters.
Raphael Campanile was the runner-up in the pole vault with a mark of 4.40 meters and
Quinten Lewis also placed second in the long jump at 6.60 meters.
Max Boreland and
Anik Vossschulte posted times of 10.87 and 10.90 seconds in the 100-meter dash to reach tomorrow's final. The duo also qualified for the 200-meter dash after times of 21.82 and 21.86.
Damian Simmonds finished third in the 400-meter dash prelim at 49.42 seconds.
Ben Buffone was another qualifier for the Bombers as he posted a time of 1:54.15 in the 800-meter run, which was good for fourth in the prelim.
Matt Lokshin qualified for the 110-meter hurdles final after he clocked a time of 15.39 seconds to place fifth in the prelim. Lokshin also qualified for the 400-meter hurdles final after a time of 56.98 seconds, while
Edward Kennedy finished ahead in fifth at 56.83.
