ITHACA, N.Y. – The Ithaca College men's swimming & diving team put together a total team effort on Saturday as they hosted and defeated Hamilton College. The Bombers put together a 169-125 victory over the Continentals inside Kelsey Partridge Bird Natatorium highlighted by several impressive individual performances and a win in the 200-yard medley relay.
Senior
Ryan Cooke was a standout for the Bombers, winning the 200-yard freestyle (1:44.45) and the 100-yard freestyle (47.76), then helping Ithaca to a second-place finish in the 400-yard freestyle relay.
Bennett Molitor-Kirsch added distance dominance with wins in the 1,000-yard freestyle (10:16.10) and 500-yard freestyle (4:53.99).
Ithaca also controlled the butterfly events, as
James Moore claimed the 200-yard butterfly (1:56.73) and first year
Connor Lajza touched first in the 100-yard butterfly (52.50).
On the diving boards, senior
Kian Long swept both events, winning the 3-meter dive (287.80) and the 1-meter dive (255.90) to provide valuable points for the Bombers.
The men opened the meet with a win in the 200-yard medley relay, as

Will Stanczewski, Matt Mitros, and
Spencer Alderson combined for a time of 1:34.97.
