High School: A 2025 Graduate of Riverside High School where he swam for the Rams...Awarded the Riverside High School Swimming Coaches award...Was the Riverside High School Swimming MVP 2024 and 2025...Named Loudoun County first team 2024 and 2025...All state 2023.

Personal: An APRMC major, Harper is the son of Shannon Pilera and Jason Freeman. He has one sister, Savannah, and four step siblings.
