RESULTS
CORTLAND, N.Y. – The Ithaca College women's track & field team had a quick turnaround in competition as the Bombers traveled to Cortland on Tuesday to take part in the CNY College Challenge.
Luca Pecora finished as the runner-up in the 200-meter dash with a time of 27.15 seconds. Pecora also finished fourth in the triple jump with a leap of 10.75 meters.
Martha Kemp-Neilson was the runner-up in the pole vault at 3.80 meters, while
Meghan Matheny followed in third at 3.75 meters.
Kennedey Heichel finished fourth at 3.45 meters,
Erin Eastwood was sixth at 3.30 meters and
Jamie Rossig place seventh with a clearance of 3.10 meters. Eastwood also competed in the triple jump and finished sixth at 10.18 meters.
Katharine Downey took third in the 400-meter dash as she finished in 1:01.74 and
Carolina Cedraschi was sixth at 1:07.29.
Charly Slusser cleared 1.57 meters in the high jump to come in fourth and
Ayenaliz Velasquez was fourth in the long jump with a mark of 4.67 meters.
Lily Seyfert was a fourth place finisher in the shot put at 11.49 meters and claimed sixth in the discus at 33.12 meters.
Emily Hammond secured fourth in the javelin at 22.60 meters.
Milla Gonzalez placed sixth in the 100-meter dash in a time of 13.60 seconds, while Velasquez was eighth in 13.65 seconds.
Madison Martinez posted a time of 1:14.35 in the 400-meter hurdles to place sixth overall.
Gonzalez would also run in the 200 and finished seventh in 28.85 seconds, while Cedraschi was eighth in 29.46 seconds. Hammond finished sixth in the long jump at 4.14 meters and
Sarake Dembele was eighth at 3.56 meters.
