The nationally ranked No. 15 Ithaca College men and women track & field teams competed at Muhlenberg and Geneseo on Saturday, April 2.

MEN

Jalen Leonard-Osbourne set a new school record in the 100-meter dash with a first place time of 10.69. The previous record of 10.70 stood since 1995 and was set by Scott Rowe.

Dom Mikula finished first in the pole vault with a clearance of 4.96 meters (16' 3.25") and Brendan Sheehan and Callum Howald tied for third at 4.30 meters (14' 1.25").

Akap Takor measured out 6.93 meters (22' 9") in the long jump to place first and Aaron Davis came in fifth at 6.34 meters (20' 9.75").

Luke Tobia finished first in the hammer throw at 50.76 meters (166' 6") and Justin Showstead was the runner-up at 49.63 meters (162' 10"). Kevin Danaher finished fifth in the hammer at 45.03 meters (147' 9").

Nathaniel Oczkowski clocked a time of `5.48 in the 110-meter hurdles to place first overall. Oczkowski also won the 400-meter dash with a time of 49.20.

Danaher was the runner-up in the shot put at 15.13 meters (49' 7.75") while Spencer Whitmore secured third in the triple jump at 12.90 meters (42' 4").

Zachary Woodruff placed third in the 400-meter dash in 1:00.30.

Showstead and Tobia came in fifth and sixth in the shot put at 13.79 meters (45' 3") and 13.76 meters (45' 1.75"). Showstead was also the runner-up in the javelin at 52.53 meters (172' 4").

Sheehan also secured third in the discus at 43. 74 meters (143' 6"), while Showstead came in sixth at 41.95 meters (137' 7").

FULL MUHLENBERG RESULTS

Benjamin Tiber completed the 1500-meter run in 4:06.29 to come in 10th overall, while Alex Whatley finished 12th in the 800-meter run in 2:00.55.

FULL GENESEO RESULTS

WOMEN

Martha Kemp-Neilson won the pole vault with a clearance of 3.50 meters (11' 5.75") and Sara Altonen was the runner-up at 3.35 meters (10' 11.75"). Jamie Rossig placed third with a mark of 3.20 meters (10' 6") and Kennedey Heichel cleared 2.90 meters (9' 6.25") to place fifth.

Logan Bruce topped the field in the long jump with a mark of 5.64 meters (18' 6") and Emily McGrath tied for second at 4.89 meters (16' 0.5"). Liana Shames won the hammer throw at 45.43 meters (149').

Tia Jones topped the 200-meter dash with a time of 24.94.

Ithaca's 4x100-meter relay (Bruce, Jones, McGrath and Katelyn Hutchison) finished second in a time of 49.17 and the 4x4 was sixth in a time of 4:26.05.

Charly Slusser claimed third in the high jump at 1.54 meters (5' 0.5") and sixth in the long jump at 4.61 meters (15' 1.5")., while Gabrielle Schlessinger and Moriah Byrd tied for fifth at 1.44 meters (4' 8.75").

Sara Brown was a third place finisher in the triple jump with a distance of 9.97 meters (32' 8.5"), while Abbey Stowell took fourth in the shot put at 10.92 meters (35' 10").

Byrd took sixth in the 100-meter hurdles in a time of 17.25, while Bruce was sixth in the 800-meter run in 2:28.03.

FULL MUHLENBERG RESULTS

Lauren Lobdell took 11th in the 800 at Geneseo with a time of 2:26.24, while Rachel Rose was 15th in a time of 2:27.25.
