ITHACA, N.Y. - The Ithaca College men's lacrosse team picked up their third consecutive road win, this time against the SUNYÂ Geneseo Knights on Saturday, winning by a comfortable score of 14-3. The Bombers dominated throughout, never giving the Knights a chance in their home opener.Â

- The Knights committed twice as many turnovers (25) during the game than Ithaca (12).Â
- Ithaca totaled 45 shots, with 26 shots on goal. Geneseo only managed 25 shots with 9 on frame.Â

How it Happened
- Jake Erickson, the talented junior, got the Bombers off to a strong start in the first quarter with two goals and an assist to midfielder Jae Stuhlman.Â
- Geneseo improved on their slow first quarter, scoring twice in the second, but couldn't manage to slow down Ithaca's attack, going into halftime down 8-3. Â
- Ithaca pulled away at the start of the second half, scoring five unanswered goals. Among those goals was an unanswered hattrick from John Sramac. Sramac would later add his fifth and Ithaca's final goal with 12:36 remaining in the fourth quarter.Â
Ithaca returns to Higgins Stadium on Tuesday, March 8 to face Haverford College. The Bombers will look to earn their first home win of the season.Â
