How it Happened

The Bombers saw Natalie Smith convert a jumper and Melissa Buxton sink a trey in the final minute of the opening period as they carried a 29-11 advantage.
- The second quarter proved to be the most competitive of the game with Ithaca outscoring Keuka just 12-11 as the Bombers were held to 5-of-22 shooting within the 10-minute period. The Bombers scored the final six of the half and led 41-22 at the break.
- IC came out firing on all cylinders and started the third quarter on a 6-0 run, which included three-straight layups from Grace Cannon, Cara Volpe and a fast break effort by Megan Yawman. The Bombers were up 32 points (64-32) with a 1:32 left in the quarter thanks to a Hannah Polce fast break bucket.
- Both teams combined to shoot for 24 three-pointers in the final quarter of play as IC continued to tack onto its lead outscoring the Wolves 18-7 in the fourth to secure the 84-42 victory.
The Bombers will return to Ben Light Gymnasium after their Thanksgiving break. Ithaca will host SUNY Geneseo on Tuesday, Nov. 30 with tip-off slated for 6 p.m.
