The Ithaca College softball team defeated Anderson University by a score of 9-2. 
 
Anderson struck first with two runs in the first inning and the Bombers took the lead with four runs in the second inning. Ithaca scored an impressive five runs in the fourth inning to take a commanding 9-2 lead. 
 
Freshman Jennifer Blum went 1-for-2 with two RBI and senior Kim Lamoureaux went 2-for-2 with one RBI and two runs scored. Junior Chris Pettograsso added an RBI as well as she went 2-for-3 in the game. 
 
Senior Heather Ware only allowed eight hits and struck out one batter in the contest.
