Back-to-back layups from Yacovoni put IC back up by four points but RPI cut the lead back down to just two points at the end of the quarter.

The Bombers and Engineer traded baskets to open up the second quarter but IC scored six straight points, starting with a Pickell three at the 6:23 mark, to go up by eight points.

An Abbi Field shot from behind the arc eventually brought the Bombers' lead back up to double-digits with just over one minute left in the half. RPI closed things out with four points in a row, sending IC into the break with a 32-25 lead.

Back-to-back shots from Allison Spaschak and Yacovoni pushed the Bombers' advantage to 36-25 to open up the fourth quarter and they held on to the double-digit lead for the majority of the rest of the game.

RPI cut the deficit to nine points with 3:46 left in the third on an Ines Ortega layup, but Pickell followed that up with a jumper to extend the IC lead once again.

Yacovoni and Giannone scored on two fast-break layups in a row, giving the Bombers a 48-33 lead, the biggest of the game until that point.

Giannone opened up the fourth quarter with a layup which was followed up by a Grace Cannon jumper to extend IC's lead to 17 points.

The Bombers took their biggest lead of the game, 19 points, on a Cassidy O'Malley layup with 5:20 remaining.

From there, the Engineers went on to score 11 points in a row, starting with an Eckhardt three pointer with 4:59 left.

The Bombers were able to end the 11-0 with 2:02 still on the clock, when Giannone netted two free throws. Field followed that up with two more free throws with just over one minute left to play.
