ITHACA, N.Y. – The volleyball team defeated Brockport 3-0 (30-27,30-28,30-24) at the 2007 Bomber Invitational to improve to 8-0 on the season. The win also clinched first place in Pool A for the Bombers, who will face top-ranked and defending national champion Juniata in the championship match at 4 p.m.

Amanda Hubbard (Horseheads/Horseheads) recorded a double-double with 16 kills and 17 digs. Classmate
Jenna Yehl (Horseheads/Horseheads) and sophomore
Jen Heberton (Darien/Darien, Conn.) added nine and eight kills, respectively.

Rachel Busch (Hoover/North Canton, Ohio) put down seven kills and classmate
Corinna Doctor (Skaneateles/Skaneateles) totaled 39 assists and 17 digs.
