Keene, N.H. – Sophomore back
Michael Jordhamo (Arlington/Hopewell Junction) scored the first goal of his collegiate career in the 94th minute to give the men's soccer team a 2-1 overtime victory over Worcester State at the Diadora Soccer Showdown, hosted by Keene State. The Bombers won the tournament title and are now 2-0-0 on the season, while the Lancers dropped to 0-2-0.
Ithaca jumped out to an early 1-0 lead when junior midfielder
Jason Kaufman (Amherst/Leverett, Mass.) netted his first career goal 2:46 into the contest off a feed from junior forward
Kurt Odenbach (McQuaid Jesuit/Webster). Worcester State answered in the closing minute of the first half as the Lancers tied the score at 1-1 with three seconds left on the clock.

Andy Wilhelm (Centennial/Ellicott City, Md.) made three saves in recording his second win of the season and was named the tournament's Outstanding Goalie.
The Bombers return to action Saturday when they take on Manhattanville at 11 a.m. at the Mayor’s Cup, hosted by Oneonta.
