2008 Game-by-Game Stats
2008: Kaufman earned Second-Team Empire 8 All-Star honors.
2007: A second-year starter, Kaufman was Ithaca’s second-leading scorer, tripling his point total from his sophomore season. He scored goals in back-to-bask games, helping Ithaca beat Alfred and #16 Hobart. He added an assist against Alfred for a career-best three points and his goal against the Statesmen was the game’s only goal. Kaufman netted his first career goal in the win over Worcester State and added a score in the Brockport victory.
2006: Kaufman played in 15 games, including 10 starting assignments, was tied for second on the team with three assists. He recorded his first career assist in a win over Brockport and assisted on goals in victories over Coe and St. John Fisher.
2005: Kaufman appeared in two games as a freshman, making his collegiate debut in a victory over Utica.
Career Stats
High School: A 2004 graduate of Amherst Regional High School, Kaufman was coached by Gary Cook and Steve Lapore. He earned two varsity letters at Amherst Regional, where he served as team captain his senior year. Kaufman also earned a varsity letter as a member of the track & field team. He spent a postgraduate year at Wilbraham-Monson Academy.
Personal: A student in the exploratory program, he is the son of Ellen and Robert Kaufman.
