Rochester, N.Y. – The volleyball team lost in the Empire 8 Championship Tournament semifinal against Nazareth 3-2 (30-22, 25-30, 30-20, 30-32, 10-15). Junior Amanda Hubbard (Horseheads/Horseheads) registered a double-double in the match with 13 kills and 11 digs. 

 

Freshman Corrina Doctor (Skaneateles/Skaneateles) recorded a team-high 48 assists and added 10 digs. Junior Mary Schaefer (Eden/Eden) led the team with 16 digs. Classmate Andria Mynders (Minisink Valley/Port Jervis) had a team-high 20 kills and team-high five service aces.

 

The Bombers now stand 25-13 overall on the season.
