Kaishian, a co-captain on the wrestling squad and ranked seventh nationally at 125 pounds, went 5-0 at the National Wrestling Coaches' Association (NWCA) National Duals competition last weekend in Fort Wayne, Ind. Kaishian earned a 4-2 decision in the win over No. 9 Cornell College, and recorded a 4-1 decision in the loss to No. 10 Cortland. In the seventh-place bout vs. No. 2 Augsburg, Kaishian won by major decision as Ithaca raced out to an early 12-3 lead before falling, 22-21. On Friday, Kaishian posted a 4-0 win vs. Alma College as the Bombers won 24-18, and he picked up a 6-2 win during a 17-15 loss to No. 4 Roger Williams in the semifinals.
