Biography

2007-08: Edwards picked up four wins – including one in overtime – at the season-opening Ithaca Invitational.

2006-07: Edwards wrestled in all 12 dual matches and three tournaments. He was a winner in overtime in his first dual match and also posted an overtime decision against #9 Cortland. Edwards reached the second round of the consolation bracket at the UNC-Pembroke Classic. He was the Bomber entrant at 165 at the ECWC Championships.

2005-06: Edwards missed the season with an injury.

High School: A 2005 graduate of Liberty High School, Edwards served as team captain as a senior and led the team in takedowns that season. He earned four letters and compiled a career record of 67-42.

Personal: An economics major, he is the son of Wayne and Carol Edwards.
